Returns
As our products are custom-designed and made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted once production has started.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Order cannot be fulfilled by us.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before manufacturing or customization begins. Once production starts, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
